SAFETY AND SECURITY

All residents’ entrances are completely secure with an automated door entry system, double glazed windows, and smoke detectors are fitted to all kitchens and entrance halls with a Sprinkler system. The apartment entrance and internal doors have walnut veneers and chrome finishings, with a feature wall in living areas and bedrooms.

ELECTRICAL AND COMMUNICATION

Hallways, living areas, bathrooms and en-suites are lit with LED down-lights and pendant lights are fitted to bedrooms. There is provision for Sky HD and Virgin Media to living areas and bedrooms, and dedicated fibre-optic internet provision with the required sockets and switches.

High-quality Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware with Kaldewei steel baths are fitted in bathrooms with railhead showers in en-suites. To complete the bathroom design, tiled walls incorporate a feature wall, and full height mirrors are fitted above vanity shelves.
